With this map it much easier to pinpoint the most technologically developed region on the planet just by looking at the well established powergrids.

The largest and most populated city, Appolis, is the very large bright dot on the south coast of the center-north continent and is the capital of the nation of Relcor.

Relcor pretty much consists of the central and western part of the power grided outline. The eastern part of the powergrid is the nation of Tolan, in which the captial of Brolex, the elemental capital of fire. Brolex borders the crater of Greater Volcan.

Notice that at the most eastern tip of the grid there is a definitely wall of light. That marks the border between Tolen and the region of Nihil.

Nihil is a region plagued by anarchy, where cities there are ruled by the most powerful gangs. While gang wars amongst the city are common, the major nations are also at war with Nihil with the goal to stabilize the region.

The southwestern peninsula of the center-north continent is Greymere, the location of the element capital of New Rylex. Greymere is the most technologically advanced region in Archsphere

(by comparision, Relcor and Tolen are equal to modern day tech, while Greymere is at least 3-5 decades ahead).

Outside the center-north continent, high tech is very limited. But that doesn't at all reflect the political/military strength of these other nations at all; they just aren't that technologically dependant.

To make the night map, all I did was take my original satellite image of archsphere and then used the "Hue/Saturation/Lightness" tool and adjusted from there, followed by some contrast adjustment.

Then with a paintbrush with size 1, I just dotted away.
