The Equix
/ First Canto | First Chapter
In the beginning within the vastness of space and time, there was only Darkness. Alone in the vastness Darkness grew desolate overtime. Misery turned into anger. Anger turned into rage. Darkness raged through space and time. Amidst his chaos, Darkness unknowingly created a disruption within the vastness, opening a rift. The rift caught his attention because he saw something. The rift caught his attention because he saw.
Darkness saw a presence entering from the rift into the vastness of space and time. The waves of her presence rippled through space and time. Her presence rippled through Darkness. That presence was Light. Soothed by the presence of Light, the chaos of Darkness settled and the rift closed within the vastness. Turning to where the rift once was, Light saw that she could not go back. She approached Darkness and asked if she could stay for she could not leave. Darkness granted permission with delight. Her presence made him happy, and he would no longer be alone.
Darkness presented the vastness of space and time as her new home. Feeling very welcomed, Light spread throughout the vastness. Light spread throughout Darkness. She spread her stars and her galaxies throughout Darkness. Amazed by the beauty of Light, Darkness felt happiness for the first time. Expressing his gratitude, he promised Light he would forever protect her and forever cherish her. Light never felt such affection. In response she promised to always be there for Darkness.
Darkness was the first harborer of Light.
/ Second Canto | First Chapter
The love between Light and Darkness grew throughout the vastness of space and time. Her stars grew and spread throughout Darkness. Among the stars was Daystar. Daystars radiance shined and bore the first daughter with an essence of Light. The first daughter of Light gave warmth and comfort to those around as her passion burned brightly. The first daughter was Fire.
Unlike her mother and father, Fires essence was too fragile to exist within the void of space alone. Therefore a son was born with an essence of Darkness. With his rigidity and strength, the son can protect Fire from the empty void of space. The first son was Earth. And so forth with Earths protection, Fire burned brightly his in heart.
Earth was the first harborer of Fire.
/ Third Canto | First Chapter
The bond between Fire and Earth grew stronger through time. Fire and Earth eventually bore a set of twins, a son and a daughter. The son bore the essence of Earth and his father before him. The son was Air. The daughter bore the essence of Fire and her mother before her. The daughter was Lightning.
The twins each had a riotous persona. They wanted to venture beyond Fire and Earths cradled protection. And so they did. Air was the first to venture beyond Fire and Earth. Sweeping high over Earth and Fire, Air enjoyed the vast freedom. But Air always held love for Fire and Earth so Air watches over them eternally.
The twin sister, Lightning, was much more timid than Air. Lightning made herself as least noticeable as possible while still existing throughout Air. Only when Air presented a wild and excited display would Lightning build the courage to reveal herself thunderously. And Air, who shared not only the essence, but protective nature of Earth and Darkness, always looked after his sister.
Air was the first harborer of Lightning.
/ Fourth Canto | First Chapter
Air and Lightning continued to exist through time and space and eventually through their wild display, bore their son. The son was water. Water, who bore the essence of Air, Earth, and Darkness, idolized his fathers before him and wanted to be with them all. The son enjoyed the lively presence of Air, but was also wanted to give company to Earth. He knew Earth was very close to Fire, so where Fires heat was absent, water would hold a strong and stable support on land. Earth appreciated the work and company of Water and granted Water with a gift. Earth presented Water with much of his land where he can express his true self. Water accepted it gratefully, providing the surface with the oceans where Water held a balanced behavior of Airs versatility and Earths stability.
In the vast oceans across the globe, provided much opportunity for his younger sister. Waters sister, who held the essence of Light, Fire, and Lightning, had an unusual ability. It was the ability to pass in and out of the rift, the very origin of Light. This daughter of Air and Lightning was Spirit.
In time, Spirit began to lose control of the ability. Spirit was becoming drawn to the other side of rift more and more. Her essence alone couldnt keep her with relatives. Her relatives where quick to attend her plea. Her parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents each offered her a portion of their essence to help prevent her from leaving. Lastly Spirits brother, Water, offered her refuge.
Water was the first harborer of Spirit.
Spirit would started living in Waters vast oceans. With all the effort put forth from the others, Spirit was still drawn into the rift. But with the combined essence of her relatives, Spirit obtained another ability; it was the ability to give life. It is through life that Spirit would continue to coexist among her relatives. As death took portions of Spirit through the rift, life would continue to spread Spirit throughout to live among her relatives.
And so dawned the balance between the eight elements.

Beautiful imagery, very creative, and written like a true mythology!
I also love the title "Archsphere", it's so awesum <3 You should totally consider furthering work on this, cuz there's definitely potential here ^o^
p.s. GAH, that title's stuck in mi head! now I won't be able to think of one for my story for awhile D:
lol

The approach Mythology approach definitely the route I was going for.
ooo, and you think the title's catchy, That's so cool! I normally suck at coming up with names/titles but I never came up with a catchy title 'that gets stuck in people's heads' before
*clears throat* Of course I don't want to it to (negatively) affect progress of others
But I'm glad you like.
I guess if I'm getting a good response with this I could go back to it again.
