Tattoo designs for an OC of mine that's in the works. His name's Malcolm. Profile of him is coming soon.

The tattoos are shaped to be positions across each side of the cheek - (The left one goes on the right cheek and the right one goes on the left cheek).

What I did was first outlined a random face-profile pic from Google and then managed to draw the tattoos from there.

I then scanned the tattoos and then outlined it with the pen tool - so in other words this is my very first lineart.
So once I did the outlining I just filled it from there.

So about the tattoos, I'll tell you the connection between them and the character later, but I'll tell you that there based off Arabic words. The arabic alphabet makes for some very potentially cool designs.

So the left one consists of the two words: "right" أفضلand "suppress" كبت

The right one consist of the two words: "left" يسار and again "suppress" كبت

And for anyone that knows how to read arabic, I'll just say ahead of time I have no knowledge of Arabic-grammar but still wouldn't mind any criticism.
